Nirish, a co-founder of DocPanel, is deeply committed to the company’s vision of enhancing access to subspecialty radiologists. His journey started with a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance. After establishing two thriving Private Equity ventures, he sought to create a more significant social impact, leading him to Wipro.

As Wipro’s Head of Medicare, Nirish achieved a remarkable 75% year-over-year revenue growth and elevated customer satisfaction. His creative and strategic approach shapes a brighter future for healthcare. Fueled by unwavering dedication, Nirish propels the business toward rapid and consistent growth.

Dr. Templeton is the former Radiology Chairman of the University of Maryland and founder of DocPanel. His extensive background in both academic medicine and entrepreneurial medicine includes Thoracic Radiology Section Chief appointments at Johns Hopkins and the University of Maryland, Consultant Radiologist at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology, and successful development of a national teleradiology business, servicing 34 US states and ranked #2 in the US.

Dr. Templeton served as DocPanel’s first Chief Medical Officer before transitioning to Chief Innovation Officer. Throughout the years, his diverse contribution across relationship development, marketing, sales, and business operations has cemented Docpanel’s relevance and value in the imaging and healthcare industry.

Dr. Sohi is a Johns Hopkins fellowship trained nuclear medicine specialist, the President of American Molecular Imaging, and an Assistant Professor of Nuclear Medicine at the California Northstate University School of Medicine. With 20+ years of experience in radiology, Dr. Sohi leads initiatives to evaluate and enhance radiologist and client satisfaction at DocPanel. 

Passionate about education, Dr. Sohi champions innovative imaging tracers, particularly PSMA PET/CT. He’s transformed patient care, optimized protocols, and trained providers. His commitment extends to research, with peer-reviewed publications and global presentations. He also serves as principal and sub-investigator in multiple clinical trials.

Rady, an instrumental player in creating DocPanel, leads the company’s product development with 20+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging technology and software architecture.

He began his career at Madras Engineer Services, pioneering microprocessor-based bedside monitors, followed by a promotion to Production Engineer. He excelled with Manmar Technologies as a Senior Programmer and Sonoware Product Developer, pioneering structured reporting for ultrasound. His role expanded to Product Specialist, demonstrating Sonoware to luminaries and gathering market insights.

Rady then founded CIMAR Medical Networks, providing teleradiology solutions. His entrepreneurial journey continued with Pellucid Networks, innovating radiology workflow, PACS upgrades, and teleradiology solutions.

Mony’s inherent leadership skills and 25+ years’ experience working in IT and management information systems (MIS) across leading academic healthcare systems and Payers uniquely equip him to lead DocPanel operations.

He’s been a pioneer as the first Chief Innovation Officer at InnovaCare Health, the 9th largest MA payer in the nation managing over 700K lives in Puerto Rico and Florida. He also helped establish Montefiore as an industry leader in testing and integrating groundbreaking technologies as their Chief Technology and Innovation Strategist. Mony is a leader in healthcare transformation, a global speaker, and an inspiration in the field.

Sarah brings 14 years of customer-focused experience in radiology, working alongside large, academic, and national healthcare networks in their pursuits to achieve outcomes within complex environments. She spent nine years at GE Healthcare Digital, excelling as a Program Manager and Customer Success Manager.

Sarah’s journey began at Montefiore Medical Center, where she served as a System Administrator and Project Coordinator, supporting new implementations and upgrades. She later played a pivotal role in a GE and UPMC joint venture to create a digital pathology platform, where she led the development of implementation methodology, design transfers, and new product introductions. 

Anuj leverages his extensive background, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills to ensure financial stability and excellence at DocPanel. With a laser focus on goals, short-term victories, and long-term success, Anuj embodies ambition, aligning DocPanel with its mission of providing top-tier subspecialty radiology reads to imaging providers and patients.

A Babson College graduate in Business Management, Finance, and Entrepreneurship, Anuj kick-started his journey with internships at K&P Equipment (2013) and JLL India (2015). He further honed his skills as an Operations Manager at Cable Control in 2014 and a Research Analyst at Trans-Continental Venture Fund in 2016.

Ami is the mastermind propelling global growth at DocPanel, infusing fresh perspectives and innovative strategies to expand the platform’s reach as the most vital marketplace connecting patients with the right radiology subspecialist.

Ami’s career journey spans finance, tech, and startups. He’s collaborated with top names like NBC Universal, eBay, Yelp, and Mediacom. Previously, he excelled as a financial analyst at CC Solutions, securing multi-billion dollar client loans worldwide. His multifaceted experience and innate ability to build strong and genuine relationships has been instrumental in the company’s success.
